Our principle objective for last 20 years is to provide all Sri Lankans with excellently finished fashionable garments at a fair price. We have more number of intentions that are going beyond making profiles out of a business. Such as granting great job opportunities to our young generation at rural areas and to get them involved in social welfare work in addition to create job opportunities while working to contribute national income of Sri Lanka.

Dinara clothing (Pvt) Ltd – Dmaxx  in the year 2006 with the involvement of 12 employees using eight JUKI machines with a daily production of 200pcs. There were two factories situated in Nugawela addressing to No 167, Nugawela and No 470, Uyanwaththa, Nugawela respectively. The factory was run with the contribution of 6 sub-factories and there were 350 employees altogether. In 1995 he ended up with his education and moved to his career life by joining to Smart Shirt (Pvt) Ltd in 1996 as a Coordinating Officer. Then he joined Politex Garment and get resigned in 2005 while working as a Merchandising Manager. With the experience he collected from his work life he started his own business in 2006, Dinara Clothing (Pvt) Ltd which all the productions under the Dmaxx Brand name with a great knowledge of garment industry. Currently, he has developed his business with a large manufacturing garment with around 500 employees and 4 retail showrooms at Kandy and Kurunegala. Through his way of success, he has appreciated by offering awards at different award ceremonies such as Best entrepreneurs awards, Star awards etc.

Brand Name

Dmaxx is not just a word, it generates a uniqueness to the company because it contains a great meaning. “maxx” is a reputed textile company in the United States of America. We added the letter “D” in front of the word “maxx” which represents the company owner’s name “Dammika”. Most of the company names which ends with the letter “X” become successful and famous. Therefore, we use the word “Dmaxx” as our brand name.

To bring the name Dmaxx, competitively to the highest possible level of the local market and the market overseas through manufacturing and retailing garments, without being second to other brands or producers.
Manufacturing’s capture the market faster with fashions that are well matched with the changing modern world. The expectation of our industry is to build our market wealthy by introducing new fashions at fair prices.
We mainly conduct our production by using materials which are imported from overseas, as we focus more on offering the maximum experience on wearing high quality fashions. Moreover our products can be purchased from Dmaxx showrooms and also available at reputed textile shops with our trade-mark Dmaxx.
